Our DermLite Devices Are Imported Directly From The Manufacturer, 3GEN in the USA.

We are the Australasian and South Pacific Service Centre Appointed by 3GEN. We will service any units purchased across the globe whether or not under warranty. For units outside of warranty, we will provide a free of charge quote.

3Gen Warranty

DermLite products purchased after 1 July 2018 include an extended 10-year warranty* from the date of purchase. Products purchased prior to July 2018 carry a 5-year warranty*.

This warranty covers parts and labor and will be honored based on the condition of proper use of the device and following the operating instructions. During the warranty period, defects in the device will be repaired free of charge as long as the malfunction is due to defective material or workmanship. DermLite IceCap™ with any manufacturer defects will be replaced within 30 days of purchase. This warranty does not cover loss, damage due to wear and tear, negligent use, hard impacts, missing parts, water damage, 6v lithium batteries past 6 months, lithium rechargeable batteries beyond 1 year, scratched or chipped lens, unauthorized repairs, improper cleaning, or damages incurred during shipping to our repair facility.
Third-party products including cameras are exclusively covered by the camera manufacturer's warranty.

*Please note that the following items carry a 2-year warranty: Spare parts, accessories, DermLite HÜD, DermLite Foto, DermLite Foto II Pro, DermLite Cam. Rechargeable batteries carry a 1-year.  

Repairs

Should Your Dermlite require repair, please contact us with an explanation of the problem. If this issue is valid as part of the 3Gen warranty, we will repair your device free of charge. Otherwise our service and technical team will work with you to easily and quickly repair your device.
